Seven institutions join EuroMeSCo as full members

EuroMeSCo’s General Assembly has approved this week the admission of seven new full members, reinforcing the network’s capacity for policy dialogue and collaborative research across the Euro-Mediterranean region.

  • MPI Europe – Brussels-based research institute providing evidence-based analysis on migration, asylum, refugee protection and immigrant integration in Europe.

  • Bertelsmann Stiftung – German foundation promoting social cohesion, sustainable economic models, democratic governance and European cooperation through independent research and policy initiatives.

  • Institute of International Relations (Greece) – Academic and policy-oriented centre of Panteion University in Athens, conducting research and analysis on international relations, regional security and European affairs.

  • European Institute of Romania (EIR) – Public institution offering expertise, studies and training on European Union affairs to support policy development and informed decision making.

  • Política Exterior – Spanish foundation providing in-depth analysis of international relations, global trends and European foreign policy.

  • Omran Center for Strategic Studies – Independent research centre analysing political, administrative and security developments in Syria and the wider Middle East to inform policy and decision making.

  • Marmara University Research Center for International Relations (MURCIR) – Academic centre at Marmara University, Turkey, conducting research on international relations and regional dynamics.

With these new members, EuroMeSCo expands its geographical reach and thematic diversity, strengthening its ability to generate high-quality research, facilitate multi-stakeholder dialogue and provide policy-relevant insights for decision-makers across the Euro-Mediterranean region.
