On 15-16 May 2006, EuroMeSCo in collaboration with the Turkish Economic and Social Sciences Foundation (TESEV) held a crisis-management seminar on the Cartoons Row in Istanbul.

On May 4, 2006, the Italian International Affairs Institute (IAI), with the collaboration of the Palestinian Academic Society for the Study of International Affairs (PASSIA), held a seminar in Jerusalem on “Domestic Developments and Future Relations After the Palestinian and Israeli Elections”. 

In the framework of its research programme 2005-2006, EuroMeSCo held a research workshop on the issue of "The Dynamics of European Integration" on 16 May 2006 at TESEV in Istanbul.

On 25 April 2006, EuroMeSCo, in the context of the preparation of its Annual Conference, organized a seminar entitled "Migrants and their communities as actors of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership" at the CERI in Paris. The seminar was attended by around 30 participants from academia, politics and civil society from Europe and the Southern Mediterranean partner countries.
