Barcelona’s place as a focus of ideas and promotion of Euro-Mediterranean policy and the Union for the Mediterranean has been reasserted with the designation of the IEMed as Secretariat of the EuroMeSCo network.

Three new papers have been added to EuroMeSCo publications.
While these papers have, for editorial reasons, put in the “Other Research Papers” section, all stem from European Commission-EuroMeSCo contract that came to an end in October 2009.

 | EuroMeSCo and the IEMed have launched a Call for Euro-Med Papers, whose objective is the preparation and development of research papers with the goal of contributing to a greater understanding of the Euro-Mediterranean reality in its distinct political, socio-economic and cultural aspects, and providing proposals to improve it.
Upon request of some members, the deadline for submitting abstracts has been extended for 10 days. The new deadline is now October 30th, 2010. |
