General Statement
• Realizing research activities related to the problems of development, to the efforts of integration with the European Union and to the other subjects within the borders of occupation of the centre; supporting the activities on these themes; furnishing consulting service on regional, national and international scales; realizing projects; and trying to find out financial support from national or international resources in order to contribute to these projects.
• Building up scientific cooperation with the universities and research centers of the Mediterranean countries; leading collective researches, educational programs and projects; organizing conferences, symposiums, etc; arranging meeting and participating to the activities organized by partner organizations.
• Training experts within the field of interest of the centre; organizing certificate programs and trainings in order to enrich theoretical and practical experience; providing domestic and foreign fellowships for the researchers and professors; hosting foreign researchers coming from abroad; and for this purpose, performing new scientific/cultural corporations/exchanges with the foreign universities and organizations.
