General Statement
ARI is a network of fifteen independent policy research institutes. It is comprised of ten centers from across the Arab world (from Morocco to the Gulf), four from Europe, and one from the United States. Over time, the Initiative will seek to incorporate a limited number of additional centers with a view to strengthen its network of researchers, geographic representation, and enhance its intellectual impact.

Development of public debate in the Arab world on reform, promotion and production of quality research on this topic, organization of seminars and publications of documents and reports, building a network of researchers and practitioners in the Arab world, Europe , America and the world to develop the debate on Arab reform, training for research.
