General Statement KY.KE.M, established in 1983, is a non-governmental and non-profitable institute and is a pioneer in the effort to run interdisciplinary programs, employing policy solution – oriented studies. These path-breaking studies attempt to define new dimensions to strategic policies that take account of the dramatic changes since the geopolitical crises of the 1990s as well as the growing technological input.
